Hi, I’m Hannah, a full-spectrum doula based in New York City.

I offer an approach that blends ancestral wisdom and evidence-based care for parents to feel supported, connected, and empowered.

I’m here to remind you of your magic.

I believe that birth (and life!) is a ceremony, and like in all ceremony, we deserve to be witnessed, supported, and empowered. As a doula, my goal is to help birthing people tap into traditional + intuitive wisdom, no matter their birthing preferences, so that they feel prepared, connected, and safe throughout the childbirth continuum.

My work is an expression of my deep appreciation and reverence for all life. I believe that every individual has a unique understanding of their own body, and I wholeheartedly trust in the wisdom it holds. I believe birth is for all people, all bodies, all families, and am committed to supporting folks from all walks of life. I serve families in English and Spanish.
